ExpertEase is an international platform connecting Experts and Clients. The application allows its users to contact an Expert in various fields to provide assistance through advice, skills, experience, and expertise. The consultation takes place live via a video call initiated from the application. This way, the client has access to quick, instant expertise from an Expert in just a few clicks.
To create an Expert account on ExpertEase, you must:
Joining the platform as an Expert is free. You pay neither subscription fees nor commission. You only pay the transfer fees deducted from your earnings. These rates depend on the agreements with your bank.
Currently, we have no country restrictions. This may change over time.
The question is rather: what expertise do you want to highlight? It is essential to only offer services in fields that you master within your competence area. The client contacts you and seeks your expertise based on your presentation. Their satisfaction level afterward will impact the frequency of your interventions.
The minimum billed duration is one hour. The maximum duration of a call on the platform is four hours.
The maximum hourly rate we have set according to current legislation is 100 euros. This rate may be reviewed if necessary. However, to sell your services, your rates should reflect your talents and expertise. Do not underestimate or overprice yourself. Indicate a rate that you consider fair while remaining competitive.
The client chooses an Expert, communicates with them via the free chat function, and then decides on a service slot (immediate or deferred). The order is placed at the start of the video call after the Expert accepts the call. No call is charged if the Expert does not accept the consultation. Therefore, it is essential to be available at the hours indicated in your profile.
To conduct a successful consultation as an Expert, here are some recommendations:

This list is not exhaustive. The ExpertEase team reserves the right to refuse an Expertise if it does not comply with legal standards.
Don’t panic. Your client can call you back without having to repay. Stay close to your phone and remain available for the call.
It is not recommended to cancel or reschedule your appointments. However, in case of force majeure, you must promptly inform your client and propose a new slot.
The list of categories we offer is not exhaustive. To add your field to the ExpertEase catalog, simply email support[@]expertea.se describing the service you would like to offer. After validation by our teams, a category or specialty within a category will be added based on the nature of the service. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Currently, it is not possible to customize offers or provide quotes. The Client can book a certain number of hours, which must be used in a single order. It is not possible to spread out the calls.
After each consultation, the Client is invited to leave a review and a rating to evaluate the Consultation and the provided expertise. You can also encourage your clients to do so at the end of the consultation to help you build a reputation on the platform.
Currently, it is only possible to receive your earnings via the IBAN of a bank account. Other payment methods will be added in the future.
You can view your account from the app after logging in by clicking on the Account tab at the bottom right > ExpertEase Account. Click on it to see the available balance in the chosen currency at the time of joining. Note that the currency must correspond to the account and IBAN you provided. In case of inconsistency, the transfers will be rejected, and you will need to make corrections before resubmitting the payment request.
As an Expert, you can request a payment from the fifth business day following the service. To reduce the impact of transfer fees retained by the bank where your earnings are deposited, we recommend waiting until their total has reached a certain threshold before requesting payment.
This feature has been identified as necessary but is not yet available. For now, you can list the fields of expertise for which you offer your services in a single presentation. Ensure your biography mentions your experience in these various expertise areas. Consequently, the hourly rate offered cannot be tied to the expertise offered. ExpertEase is aware of this potential issue and plans to address it in future product developments.
Yes. The chat history is preserved. You can access it by clicking on messages at the bottom. The video call history is also accessible via the Calls button. However, video calls are not saved. You will not be able to replay them through the app.
Currently, it is not possible to record the consultation via the application. Some smartphones, however, offer this functionality.
